Self-service signup isn't open yet. Ekkli is in its founding phase, working with a small number of churches before opening to everyone — so rather than a signup form, this page is where you tell us about your church and we get back to you.

That button will eventually take you straight into setup. For now it brings you here, because we'd rather be upfront than send you to a page that doesn't exist yet. Everything described elsewhere on this site is real, working software — the account creation flow is simply the last piece we're opening up.

Tell us your church name, roughly how many people you have, and what you're currently using, and we'll let you know as soon as your six months can start.

What to expect

  • A real reply from a person. Not an autoresponder sequence.
  • An honest answer about fit. If Ekkli isn't right for your church — you need children's check-in, or online giving, or you're a large church with a dedicated media team — we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
  • No sales sequence. There's no card involved at any point in the six months, so there's nothing for us to chase you about.

Good things to tell us

  • Roughly how many people are in your congregation
  • What you're running now — presentation software, website, rota spreadsheet, anything
  • Which language your church actually operates in
  • What's causing the most friction on a Sunday

That last one matters most. The more specific you are about what's currently painful, the more useful our answer will be — including if the honest answer is "that part isn't built yet."

When does signup open?

We're onboarding founding churches in stages rather than announcing a date we might miss. Get in touch and we'll tell you honestly where you sit in that queue.

Does the six months start when I contact you?

No — it starts when your church account is actually set up and you begin using it. Nothing is ticking while you wait.

Can I see it working before committing anything?

Yes. That's the entire point of six months rather than thirty days. There's no card at any stage of the trial.

We're not an English-speaking church. Is that a problem?

No. Ekkli runs in eight languages — English, German, Polish, Dutch, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and Romanian — with support and documentation in each, not just a translated interface.

What if we need something Ekkli doesn't have?

Tell us. We keep a public, honest account of what isn't built — children's check-in, SMS, multi-campus, a public API — and we'd rather you knew before you moved a congregation onto it.
